Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please fill out the return form included in your package with your original receipt. We do not offer online exchanges at this time.
Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items and final sale items and sized rings cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with “do not remove “ tags uncut.
Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Once we received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to process.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY CREDIT IF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS
We recommend HIGH VALUE items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS and be insured by the customer for the full value.
All items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable or exchangeable.
